Dilansir dari situs menpa.go.id, 305 Pemerintah Daerah (Pemerintah Daerah) telah memberikan proposal pengadaan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (P3K), tentu saja hal ini menjadi angin segar buat selruh Honorer Kategori II (HKII). 

Dikutip dari pernyataan Deputi Bidang SDM Aparatur Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Setiawan Wangsaatmaja " Bagi yang tidak memberikan proposal kebutuhan, tidak akan dilaksanakan pengadaan PPPK Tahap I pada Pemerintah Daerah tersebut". Oleh alasannya yaitu itu, berikut ini di sampaikan Daftar Pemerintah Daerah yang telah memberikan proposal pengadaan PPPK Tahun 2019 untuk Tahap I. 

Seperti yang telah kita ketahui untuk registrasi online sudah dimulai semenjak 12 Februari 2019 melalui laman https://ssp3k-daftar.bkn.go.id/akun dan ditutup 17 Februari 2019.

Untuk Tahap I Seleksi PPPK dibuka untuk Tenaga Honorer (TH) Eks K-II yang telah mengikuti tes pada tahun 2013 pada jabatan Guru, Dosen, dan Tenaga Kesehatan yang terdapat dalam database BKN (Badan Kepegawaian Negara). Khusus untuk Penyuluh Pertanian, database nya ada pada BKN dan Kementerian Pertanian. Disamping itu, seleksi ini juga dibukan untuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) Baru pada Kementerian Ristekdikti.
