Solusi Sudah Mempunyai Nuptk, Tapi Di Vervalptk Nuptk Tidak Ditemukan


Salam semangat buat Guru-guru serta rekan Operator Sekolah. Kali ini admin ingin membagikan warta serta solusi dari permasalahan yang sedang dialami oleh beberapa guru di kawasan admin bertugas. 

Apa permasalahannya admin?



Permasalahannya ialah pada ketika melaksanakan pengecakan NUPTK di 
http://gtk.data.kemdikbud.go.id/Data/Status NUPTK guru tersebut tersedia di Kemendikbud. Hasilnya seprti berikut ini.

Pengecekan Keaktifan NUPTK di gtk data kemdikbud.go.id

Namun, pada ketika admin ingin melaksanakan Cetak NUPTK untuk guru-guru di kawasan admin kerja, ada beberapa guru yang NUPTK nya tidak ditemukan di vervalptk dan Status Validnya ialah Calon Penerima NUPTK. 

NUPTK Sudah Aktif di gtk data kemdikbud tapi di Vervalptk NUPTK Tidak Ditemukan

 Salah satu guru tersebut menyerupai yang telah admin lingkar pada gambar diatas, NUPTK guru tersebut sudah aktif tapi di vervalptk NUPTK tidak ada. Jadi, admin mencoba untuk melaksanakan claim NUPTK, berikut ini caranya:
Baca Disini : Sudah Memiliki NUPTK, Namun Status Valid 

- Pastikan semuanya sudah masuk di halaman vervalptk, kemudian pilih Menu NUPTK >  Calon Penerima NUPTK.


-  Masuk di halaman Calon Penerima NUPTK, silahkan klik pada data guru yang sudah mempunyai NUPTK namun di vervalptk tidak ditemukan. 
Selanjutnya, pilih Sudah Memiliki NUPTK (Claim).


- Silahkan masukkan NUPTK Calon, kemudian klik Claim.


- Masuk di halaman Claim NUPTK > OK.


- Dan hasilnyaa File Not Found (File Tidak Ditemukan)



Apabila, sehabis dilakukan Claim NUPTK data juga tidak ditemukan? Solusinya ialah Silahkan rekan sekalian tiba ke Admin Dinas Setempat untuk dilakukan pengecakan dan penginputan data di Dapodik oleh Admin Dinas. 

Karena untuk diketahui, data yang dibaca oleh vervalptk ialah data-data yang sudah rekan Operator Sekolah Inputkan di Aplikasi Dapodik.

 Untuk gambarannya menyerupai berikut ini. 

Berikut ini ialah halaman Edit PTK di dapodik paud offline, disini kita sanggup melihat NUPTK guru tersebut tidak ada, serta kolom NUPTK tidak aktif artinya hanya Admin / Operator Dinas yang sanggup mekukan pengisian NUPTK Guru/Tenaga Kependidikan. 



Barangkali menjadi pertanyaan bagi rekan semuanya, Kalau kami tiba ke Admin Dinas apa yang harus kami bawak kesana?

Adapun hal yang harus di bawak ke Admin Dinas untuk melaksanakan pengecekan Masih Aktif atau Tidaknya NUPTK guru ialah sebagai berikut:

Silahkan rekan sekalian bawak Print Out / Hasil Cetakan Kartu NUPTK yang sudah di cek melalui gtk data kemdikbud. 

Print Out / Hasil Cetakan Kartu NUPTK melalui gtk data kemdikbud, gimana caranya admin?

Berikut ini cara cetak kartu NUPTK melalui gtk data kemdikbud:

- Silahkan kanal halaman gtk data kemdikbud, berikut ini link aksesnya:


- Setelah berhasil masuk di halaman gtk data kemdikbud, silahkan pilih Menu Status NUPTK. 
Masuk di halaman Status NUPTK, silahkan isikan NUPTK guru yang sudah dimiliki di kolom pencaraian NUPTK menyerupai gambar dibawah ini, apabila NUPTK yang dimasukkan terdeteksi maka hasilnya akan menampilkan
-- NUPTK
-- Nama
-- Tanggal lahir
-- Tempat lahir
-- NIK
-- serta Status Keaktifan NUPTK. 



 - Setelah data di temukan, silahkan cetak data yang tampil di Status NUPTK. Caranya, silahkan tekan CTRL+P di Keyboard secara bersamaan. 
Kemudian masuk di halaman Print.


 - Pada halaman Print, silahkan pilih Name (apakah ingin pribadi cetak atau simpan file terlebih dahulu). Bagi rekan yang ingin pribadi cetak, silahkan pilih jenis printer yang digunakan, sedangkan bagi yang ingin simpan atau download file, silahkan pilih Microsoft Print to PDF. Kemudian klik OK.


 - Selanjutnya, silahkan simpan file disini admin mencontohkan nama filenya ialah "nuptk" (tanpa kutip dua ya). Lalu klik Save.


 - Data NUPTK tadi, sudah tersimpan dalam format .pdf, sehingga kapanpun rekan sanggup mencetak NUPTK yang sudah aktif. 




 Berikut ini hasil cetak kartu NUPTK melalui gtk data kemdikbud. 

Kali ini admin ingin membagikan warta serta solusi dari permasalahan yang sedang dial Solusi Sudah Memiliki NUPTK, Tapi di Vervalptk NUPTK Tidak Ditemukan

Setelah admin meminta Guru tersebut untuk tiba ke dinas sekaligus membawa print out NUPTK menyerupai gambar diatas, kesannya NUPTK guru tersebut sudah berhasil di inputkan di Dapodik menyerupai berikut ini. Tidak hanya NUPTK, nama guru tersebut juga sudah diperbaiki penulisannya.

Selanjutnya, silahkan coba cek vervalptk... alasannya gres hari ini guru tersebut melaksanakan perbaikan datanya, tidak pribadi hari ini data di vervalptk akan berubah... Silahkan kita tunggu dalam beberapa hari ini perkembangan data guru tersebut. 

Meskipun data di Dapodik sudah Update, tapi Data di Vervalptk tidak akan pribadi terupdate
