Surat Edaran Kualitas Data Pokok Pendidikan Dasar Dan Menengah (Dapodikdasmen) 2019


Salam semangat buat seluruh Guru, Tenaga Kependidikan serta rekan-rekan Operator Sekolah. Dalam rangka untuk terus meningkatkan Kualitas Data Dapodik, Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah mengelurakan Surat Edaran Nomor 0993/D/PR/2019 perihal Kualitas Data Pokok Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah.

Dalam rangka untuk terus meningkatkan Kualitas Data Dapodik Surat Edaran Kualitas Data Pokok Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Dapodikdasmen) 2019



Adapun isi Surat Edaran tersebut secara garis besar sebagai berikut:

Disampaikan kepada Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten / Kota, Kepala LPMP, Kepala SD, SMP, SMA, Sekolah Menengah kejuruan dan SLB di Seluruh Indonesia. 

Berikut ini isi Surat Edaran tersebut:

1.Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi/Kabupaten/Kota semoga secara aktif memantau progres pengiriman data poko pendidikan melalui laman http://dapo.dikdasmen.kemdikbud.go.id/progres hingga jumlah sekolah yang melaksanakan sinkronisasi mencapai 100% sebelum batas waktu final pendataan (cut off) BOS. Perlu disampaikan bahwa alokasi dana BOS dihitung berdasasrkan jumlah penerima didik di tiap Sekolah yang datanya bersumber dari Dapodik;

2.Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi/Kabupaten/Kota melaksanakan verifikasi atas kelengkapan dan kebenaran data profil sekolah, dan saran dan prasarana yang diinputkan ke dalam aplikasi Dapodik. Apabila ditemukan data yang akurasinya diragukan, segera menginstruksikan sekolah untuk melaksanakan perbaikan data melalui Dapodik. Jika hasil verifikasi, terdapat sekolah yang sudah tidak beroperasi dan tidak melaksanakan sinkronisasi Dapodik selama 3 semester berturut-turut akan dilakukan abolisi secara otomatis (soft delete) dari sistem Dapodik;

3.Apabila dalam pelaksanaan BOS terdapat pelanggaran yang sanggup merugikan negara, sekolah dan / atau penerima didik, maka oknum yang bersangkutan diberikan hukuman oleh aparat/pejabat yang berwenang;

4.Untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas data dimaksud, Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi/Kabuapten/Kota sanggup melaksanakan pelatihan, bimbingan teknis, sosialisasi dan layanan teknis Aplikasi Dapodikdasmen, sekaligus memastikan keberadaan sekolah dalam keadaan aktif beroperasi;

5. Dalam hal sekolah selama 3 (tiga) tahun berturut-turut mempunyai siswa kurang dari 60 (enam puluh), sanggup dilakukan penggabungan dengan sekolah sederajat terdekat. Sampai dengan dilaksanakannya penggabungan, maka sekolah dimaksud tidak sanggup mendapatkan dana BOS Reguluer. Selengkapnya silahkan lihat surat edaran berikut ini;

6. Untuk menjamin kualitas layanan pendidikan dasar dan menengah, mulai Tahun Anggaran 2020 Dana BOS hanya akan dialokasikan bagi Satuan Pendidikan yang sudah terakreditasi.
