Salam semangat buat Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan  Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional (Permendiknas) Nomor 24 Tahun 2008 perihal Standar Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah/Madrasah


Di dalam Pasal 1 dijelaskan, sebenarnya Standar Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah/Madrasah yaitu meliputi Kepala Tenaga Administrasi, Pelaksana Urusan, dan Petugas Layanan khusus sekolah/madrasah. Untuk sanggup diangkat sebagai Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah/Madrasah, seseorang wajib memenuhi Standar Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah / Madrasah yang berlaku secara nasional. 

Berikut ini klarifikasi perihal Standar Tenaga Adminsitrasi Sekolah / Madrasah untuk Kualifikasi Pendidikan dan Kompetensi. 


Kualifikasi Pendidikan Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah / Madrasah 


1. Kepala Tenaga Administrasi SD/MI/SDLB

Kepala Tenaga Administrasi SD/MI/SDLB sanggup diangkat apabila sekolah/madrasah mempunyai lebih dari 6 (enam) rombongan belajar. Kualifikasi Kepala Tenaga Administasi yaitu sebagai berikut :
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan Sekolah Menengah kejuruan atau yang sederajat, kegiatan studi yang relevan dengan pengalaman kerja sebagai Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah /Madrasah minimal 4 (empat) tahun ;
  • Memiliki akta kepala tenaga adminsitrasi sekolah / madrasah dari forum yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. 

 2. Kepala Tenaga Administrasi SMP/MTs/SMPLB

Kepala Tenaga Administrasi SMP/MTS/SMPLB berkualifikasi sebagai berikut :
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan D3 atau yang sederajat, kegiatan studi yang relevan, dengan pengalaman kerja sebagai tenaga manajemen sekolah/madrasah minimal 4 (empat) tahun ;
  • Memiliki akta kepala tenaga manajemen sekolah/madrasah dari forum yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. 


 3. Kepala Tenaga Administrasi SMA/MA/SMK/MAK/SMALB

Kepala Tenaga Administrasi SMA/MA/SMK/MAK/SMALB berkualifikasi sebagai berikut : 

  • Berpendidikan minimal S1 Program Studi yang relevan dengan pengalaman kerja sebagai tenaga manajemen sekolah/madrasah minimal 4 (empat) tahun, atau D3 dan yang sederajat, kegiatan studi yang relevan, dengan pengalaman kerja sebagai tenaga manajemen sekolah/madrasah minimal 8 (delapan) tahun ;
  • Memiliki akta kepala tenaga manajemen sekolah/madrasah dari forum yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah.  


 4. Pelaksana Urusan Administrasi Kepegawaian
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMA/MA/SMK/MK atau yang sederajat, dan sanggup diangkat apabila jumlah pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan minimal 50 orang.

 5. Pelaksana Urusan Administrasi Keuangan 
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMK/MAK, kegiatan studi yang relevan, atau SMA/MA dan mempunyai akta yang relevan.

 6. Pelaksana Urusan Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMA/MA/SMK/MAK atau yang sederajat. 
 7. Pelaksana Urusan Administrasi Hubungan Sekolah dengan Masyarakat
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMA/MA/SMK/MAK atau yang sederajat, dan sanggup diangkat apabila sekolah/madrasah mempunyai minimal 9 (sembilan) rombel.
 8. Pelaksana Urusan Administrasi Persuratan dan Pengarsipan 
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMK/MAK, kegiatan studi yang relevan.
9.  Pelaksana Urusan Administrasi Kesiswaan 
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMA/MA/SMK/MAK atau yang sederajat dan sanggup diangkat apabila sekolah/madrasah mempunyai minimal 9 (Sembilan) rombel. 
10. Pelaksana Urusan Administrasi Kurikulum 
  • Berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMA/MA/SMK/MAK atau yang sederajat dan diangkat apabila sekolah/madrasah mempunyai minimal 12 rombel.  
11. Pelaksana Urusan Administrasi Umum untuk SD/MI/SDLB 
  • Berpendidikan minimal SMK/MAK/SMA/MA atau yang sederajat. 
12. Petugas Layanan Khusus 
Terdiri dari :

  • Penjaga Sekolah / Madrasah, berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMP/MTs atau yang sederajat. 
  • Tukan Kebun, berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMP/MTs atau yang sederajat dan diangkat apabila luas lahan kebun sekolah/madrasah minimal 500 meter persegi. 
  • Tenaga Kebersihan, berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMP/MTs atau yang sederajat. 
  • Pengemudi, berpendidikan minimal lulusan SMP/MTs atau yang sederajat, mempunyai SIM yang sesuai, dan diangkat apabila sekolah/madrasah mempunyai kenderaan roda empat. 
  • Pesuruh, berpendidikan minimal SMP/MTs atau yang sederajat.
